Main Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Support for review and assessment of economic values of training proposals;

    • Support monitoring of the implemented training projects; 

    • Support evaluation of the implemented training projects;

    • Support for preparation of M&E report of training projects; 

    • Execute other duties assigned by supervisor Minimum qualification and requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s Bachelor’s Degree or equivalence; 

    • 2-year experiences in coordination and/or evaluation work;

    • Proficiency in Khmer and English; 

    • Responsive, Vigilant, and Critical Thinker. 

Duration of the Contract:

The contract for service is for 1 year period (3-month probation included) with the possibility of extension.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Make marketing campaigns and strategies development; 

    • Prepare marketing plan and networking; 

    • Communicate with public, private, training institution, and relevant stakeholders; 

    • Create new idea in response to the SDF; 

    • Assess supply and demand of skill market; 

    • Diagnose or support for diagnose critical bottlenecks in PPP training programs and propose innovative solutions; 

    • Initiate cooperation programs to stimulate private participation in skill training; 

    • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor; Minimum Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalence; 

    • 5-year experiences of sale or marketing related;

    • Proficiency in Khmer and English; 

    • Passionate, Confident and Responsive. 

Duration of the Contract:

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Support for preparation of monthly and annual financial statements;

    • Assist in providing financial briefing to training projects and coordinate all related financial issue funded by SDF;

    • Assist in reviewing financial report from training projects; 

    • Assist in preparing and recording documented journal entry; 

    • Prepare bank account and balance sheet reconciliations;

    • Prepare payments, bank transfer and other accounting documentation; 

    • Solve problems related to accounting and financial procedures of the project under guidance from Finance Specialist and Finance& Administration Chief; 

    • Prepare fund installment to training projects; 

    • Prepare payments to staff including wages, per diems; accommodation, travel allowances, and other expenses;

    • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Required Qualifications 

    • Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting, or related field; 

    • At least 3 years of work experience as an accountant (project related is a plus); 

    • Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting system;

    • Knowledge of MS Office and Accounting software (MS Word & Excel, internet and email, Quick Book, Sage 50, etc…);

    • Ability to work well in a team, flexible, accountable, and strong commitment; 

    • Take initiatives and be able to deal with all financial related issues; 

    • Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Oversee and facilitate all project administrative related work; 

    • Handle external and internal and external communication; 

    • Managing and maintenance of SDF asset and make sure regular update of asset listing; 

    • Managing and maintenance SDF website, FaceBook page, project management system, and IT system; 

    • Ensure timely distribution of incoming and out-going correspondences; 

    • Review letters, brochures, or invitation in both Khmer and English to make sure its completeness and accuracy; 

    • Review submitted document to ensure accuracy prior to submission for approval; 

    • Arrange and organize meeting room; 

    • Carry out procurement actions for the project as required;

    • Facilitate to manage and provide logistic support as necessary; 

    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Minimum Required Qualifications 

    • Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent; 

    • At least 3 years of work experience as an accountant (project related is a plus); 

    • Ability to communicate in English both written and spoken;

    • Ability to write reports and business correspondence; 

    • Being proactive in handling administrative issues; 

    • Good interpersonal skill and communication skill; 

    • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constrains; 

    • Strong commitment and willing to learn new things; • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Internet, E-mail, printing, etc.
